Here's a step by step introduction to how to get your invoice.

Login to gcal2excel.com and go to your account page.

Scroll down to the Payment History section. You should see all your previous orders there. Click on the "Download" button next to an order to get your associated invoice.

The first time you hit "Download" we will prompt you to put in your address. Make sure you enter the correct information there. As this is what we will use to produce the invoice. Tax ID is optional. Once done click on the "Save changes" button.

You should see your invoice in your browser now. You should be able to print it from your browser. It will look something like this:

As now we have your address for other invoices you won't have to provide address anymore.
