Have you ever wanted to categorize calendar events? Or add additional information to your calendar events that you can retrieve later? Great news: with TimeTackle’s smart #hashtag feature, you totally can! And it takes only a few minutes to get started. Step 1: Edit your calendar event description and add hashtags. You can also associate a value with a hashtag. Export Calendar to Excel

Today you’ll learn how to export your calendar to Excel or Google Spreadsheet using TimeTackle. This helps you to do further analysis and processing on your rich calendar data in a more flexible spreadsheet format in 3 easy steps.

Step 1:

After you login, go to the exporter page. Select the calendars and the date range you want to export.

Click on the Preview and Download button.

Now you should see a preview of the exported data. Select the format you want to use You can choose between Excel, CSV and others. You can also Download the file to your computer or Save in Google Drive as Google Spreadsheet.

Form Templates and Google Drive Sync

Isn’t it frustrating when you need to fill out a pretty complicated form to export your calendar data as you want?

Thankfully, you can say goodbye to that forever and save your precious time and energy with our Templates and Google Drive Sync feature. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1:

On the exporter page, fill out the form to fit your needs.

Step 2:

Expand the Template section, give this particular form settings a name and click Save.

Step 3:

Now you should be able to load this particular template with one click and we will automatically fill out the form.

Step 4:

To further automate, go to the Google Drive Sync page and schedule automatic Google Drive Sync using the saved Form template.

You would need to provide an additional permission to allow the app to create files in your Google Drive.

If you are concerned about security, TimeTackle can only access the items created by itself in your Google Drive. It can neither view nor edit any other files in your Google Drive.

Here's a step by step introduction to how to get your invoice.

Login to gcal2excel.com and go to your account page.
Scroll down to the Payment History section. You should see all your previous orders there. Click on the "Download" button next to an order to get your associated invoice.
The first time you hit "Download" we will prompt you to put in your address. Make sure you enter the correct information there. As this is what we will use to produce the invoice. Tax ID is optional. Once done click on the "Save changes" button.
You should see your invoice in your browser now. You should be able to print it from your browser. It will look something like this:
As now we have your address for other invoices you won't have to provide address anymore.
